Site Analysis and Briefing

We make an initial visit to take measurements and the brief which we then translate into a A1 drawing of your site detailing existing hard landscape, all buildings, trees and hedges, aspects and wanted and unwanted views.

Sketch Plans and Design Details

The brief is then translated onto an A1 plan detailing all the new ideas for your garden. We will draw perspectives of major features and detail specimen trees.

Master Plan and Construction Drawings

We produce dimensioned design layout plans with construction drawings for all hardscape. Drainage and contour plans may also be provided.

Planting Plans

Our planting designs will match to your colour preferences, soil type and the amount of sunlight each border receives. Our gardens are planted to give year round interest. Planting plans detail each plant. We produce a client's schedule which shows a picture of each species and details of its size, flowering period and the maintenance required.

Contract Administration

Depending on the size of the project we will get quotes from two or three trusted contractors. Our job is to get you the best deal. We can always save the client money by a combination of skilful design and careful specification.

Once the contractor is chosen we supervise the installation, providing progress reports to the client where necessary.

Our experienced contract administration will ensure that your garden is built to last, comes within budget and is finished on time.
